The Infinix Smart 10 Pro Price in Nigeria and Slot is 159,000 Naira, and this includes Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Rivers, Ogun, Oyo, Delta, Kaduna, Edo, Enugu, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Benin, Owerri, Warri.

Infinix has unveiled the confusingly named ‘Smart 8 Pro,’ but it offers few improvements over the standard Smart 8.

Design and Display

It sports the same 6.6-inch 720p IPS LCD display with identical dimensions and weight at 163.6×75.6×8.5mm and 189g.

Hardware and Performance

The Helio G36 chip, 4GB/8GB RAM, and 64/128GB storage are unchanged. Oddly, the battery is downsized to 5000mAh from 6000mAh on the Smart 8.

Camera

Camera specs like the sole 50MP rear camera and 8MP selfie shooter remain unaltered.

Software and Features

It runs the same Android 13 (Go edition) with an XOS skin on top. There are no additions to connectivity options, either.

Pricing

It is expected to be around the same $100-$150 bracket as the original Smart 8.

This ‘Pro’ model struggles to justify its namesake over the standard Smart 8. Unless performance is meaningfully improved, many may be better served with its predecessor—an underwhelming effort from Infinix.

Given mostly matching specs, the Smart 8 Pro fails to make a strong case for itself as an upgrade worth considering over the well-received Smart 8. Buyers may want to stick with the latter.
